Samaritan- Feature Film, Covid Nurse PA
September 2020- November 2020
Rachel worked on the feature film Samaritan as one of the Covid nurse PAs. Her job duties included assisting the head nurses with covid samples, filling out paperwork for those getting covid tested, sanitizing all equipment, putting covid specimens into sealed bags, organizing and taking inventory of PPE equipment, etc.. Rachel also assisted the 2nd AD and the 2nd 2nd AD create GoogleDocs and GoogleSheets within the first week of her hiring period. This helped the entire covid team keep things running smoothly and efficiently as possible during check in and Covid testing days. Rachel helped organize which individuals on production were being covid tested that day, making sure all of their information was correct, and also ensured people on production were wearing proper PPE at all times.
Doom Patrol, Season 2- Streaming Series, Background Fitting Coordinator
November 2019- March 2020
Rachel worked on the HBO show Doom Patrol as the Background Fitting Coordinator for Season Two. Rachel was contracted through Bill Marinella Casting Inc. and worked closely with BG talent, the wardrobe department, the costumes department, and additional PAs in the office and on set. As a Background Fitting Coordinator, Rachel checked in BG talent, filled out crew vouchers, made picture packages for the director and production team, contacted talent for booking confirmations, attended production, concept and casting meetings, helped out on set, etc. for Season Two of Doom Patrol.
Cady Studios, Johns Creek, GA- Photographer, Customer Executive Representative

At Cady Studios, Rachel was an Elite photographer. She took portrait photography, headshots, event photography, candids, etc. for high school students. The job included taking photos with Canon cameras, operating photography studio lights, working with students, etc.. Rachel is extremely comfortable with all Canon cameras. Rachel was also a Cady Studios C.E.R.. This job included customer service, working with clients, scheduling studio appointments, etc..
DT Productions, Athens, GA- Marketing assistant
May 2018- July 2018
At DT Productions, Rachel worked primarily as a marketing assistant. Rachel created spreadsheets with company's’ contact information, went to marketing and advertising events, and helped create an information packet for future interns. During her time with the company, Rachel was also a Script Supervisor, Producer’s Assistant, Behind The Scenes photographer, and helped with additional projects within the company.
Camp Mikell Camp and Conference Center — Summer Staffer, Videographer/ Photographer
Summer 2014 - Summer 2017
During the summers, Rachel was the designated videographer and photographer. Capturing videos and photos, Rachel compiled the images and media content into a fifteen minute videos, to show the entire camp their experiences during the week at the summer camp.

Rachel worked as the First Assistant Camera operator for Flair. She helped the Director of Photography (DP) check camera gear, switch out camera lenses, set up dolly, slider, and still shots alongside the DP, and was the main focus puller for this independent film.

Rachel worked as the Script Supervisor on this independent film. Tasks included marking shots, typing out and clarifying shots from specific scenes, using excel sheets, checking scenes for continuity, running slate, etc.

Lullaby- Independent Film, 1st AC

Rachel worked as the First Assistant Camera operator (1st AC) on this independent film. Tasks included helping the Director of Photography (DP) with camera work. Additionally, Rachel helped with checking camera gear, switching out camera lenses, setting up dolly, slider, and still shots alongside the DP, ran equipment to and from location, etc..

Funding- Independent Film, Set Photographer
March 2019
Rachel worked as the Set Photographer for Funding. Rachel took pictures of the cast and crew with a Canon Rebel. She had to properly adjust iso, aperture, shutter speed, etc. to properly expose the subjects in frame. Rachel was also considered the BTS photographer for this film.

I Prevail- Band, music video photographer
March 20th 2018- March 21st 2018
Rachel was a behind-the-scenes photographer for I Prevail’s “Rise” music video. She took photos of the band members and the film crew during production. With a Canon 60D, Rachel switched out lenses, took OTS and various pictures of the crew and band members while on set.

Over the Line- Student Documentary, Camera Operator
February 2018- May 2018
Rachel worked as the Assistant Camera operator and assistant Director of Photography for the student project Over the Line. Tasks included understanding the effects of gentrification in Atlanta to lower-income families and households. The project addressed issues of popular attractions negatively affecting low-income families around the area. It included neighborhoods that have higher income families moving into the areas which can in turn hinder the low-income families in the area.
